Dear all,

I was wondering whether BirA (or similar e.g. APEX) was ever expressed in a fusion protein together with IgG. My goal would be promote biotinylation of a protein of interest (and its neighbors) without the need of expressing it as a fusion with BirA. All suggestions are welcome!
