Placebo is always ineffective for treatment of hepatitis C, so it`s sustained virologic responce is always 0,0% and probable random effects are not taken into account when calculating the relative effectiveness in trials should be indirectly compare, and probable random effects are not taken into account in final indirect treatment comparison.

But how could we conduct an indirect comparison if there is no common control as active comparator, and only common control as placebo?
