Does green house affect the oil production as a result of delaying the separation location of oil stream?

One of the side effects of green house is to prevent oil to come out due to delay the separation point(location ) of oil stream in particular, in hot countries. More work is needed to minimize or prevent the side effect of green house (global warming).
