In Fluid Structure Interaction (FSI) a loose or strong coupling between CFD and CSD is carried out , I mean a coupling between Eulerian-Lagrangian coordinates. How to select a mesh to be adopted for the final solution?I mean the selection based on CFD or based on CSD.

I think Fluid and solid meshes can be set seperately - they are not necessarily related.
The two meshes are independent. The important thing is how the loads are communicated between the two, and this means the mapping. If you are using a beam structural model, it is easier and you just need to check if your CFD mesh is calculating converged loads on the nodes.
Best is to make mesh based on CFD - the identical mesh for fluid and solid surfaces are the best option as there is no need to use any approximations when transferring the data between the domains.
