I´m planning to keep some brains without perfusion in 30% sucrose and apply the Golgi-cox stainning in 1 month, since I cannot start with the stainning before. Is it possible? Do the neurons/dentrites keep the same morphology? Would be better to keep them after perfuse them with 4% PFA?

If you are asking whether you can keep UNFIXED tissue in sucrose for a month, the answer is no.
I have always used fresh unfixed tissue for Golgi staining, and the standard protocol is to place it into the staining solution as soon as the brain has been dissected. However, there is a lab that has successfully used perfusion-fixed tissue. Their optimized protocol can be found here:
