I am interested to employ both 'Semi Structure Interview' and 'Focus Group Discussion' in my qualitative research study. Please clarify that, does this use of multiple ways of collecting same type of data falls in 'Muno', 'Multi' or 'Mixed' method approach.
I am bit confused that either these different choices are related to different types of data or way of collecting data?

. . see David L Morgan's answer, where he discusses this. From his response, your research uses multiple qualitative methods but see his thoughts on this. His response got 39 recommendations and I have just made it 40!
From my own perspective, do you need to label it anything? You have used 2 qualitative methods for a qualitative study which, to me, seems fine without calling it anything.
Your question seems to appear twice. Is it worth deleting the version with no responses, or else, any discussion about the problem would become diluted?
