Hello all,

I am preparing an experiment to evaluate chromatin accessibility (ATAC-SeqAssay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using sequencing) in a mouse model.

Since the number of cells needed for ATAC-Seq is low (~200k), I was wondering if I could run an EdU assay in the same mice as well.

Could EdU interfere with the regions of accessible chromatin?
