Within my knowledge it does not predict future events at all. Stress Echo predicts the coronary territory inducible myocardial ischemia if any. Not future myocardial infarction. Contrast echocardiography is performed in patients with technically challenging imaging to optimize the endocardial definition . So in case of an existing myocardial infarction that territory could be picked up by contrast echo.

OK Roman.I think it is an interesting idea. We could establish a protocol and develop the study in several countries. I put my disposal.
