so basically i was thinking about a topic that is looking for the awareness of a particular diseases but later i found out that it has been done in a region in my country , anyhow i ask for permission to use their questionnaire for my study and they allowed me , so the question is can i do the same research idea and use the same questionnaire but in a different region in my country ?
another question i am also going to look for the awarness towards bipolar disease in my country But unfortunately there was a research with the same idea in my region so i decide to look for the awareness of the manic part of bipolar disease will that going to make my research topic novel and good ?
If you were to apply it in a different country, and then add a little spice to it, say "implications for group B," then outline your discussions based on how your results implicate group B. then that will be good research.
howHoweverever, you shouldn't repeat the idea in the same country. It won't count.
