Hello all!

I am designing an enzymatically degradable hydrogel which release growth factor upon degradation with collagenous. My concern is that the collagenous will also degrade the growth factor, so it won’t be active anymore. Any insight? Is it a valid concern and if yes, is there a way to protect the growth factor from degradation?
