if I build small factory of tofu from edamame it will be an advantage. Tofu production from edamame produces pods and okara as the waste and contain chlorophylls.
It doesn't much necessary, actually :). For regular tofu production, it produces a lot of okara (soybean extract residue) and it always feed to ruminants. The soybean okara different from edamame tofu's okara, it has pigment which soybean doesn't have (the chlorophyll)
