Why do you want to extract chlorophyll from tofu. I dont think there is much chlorophyll. since chlorophyll normally occur in green plant materials. Please refer to AOAC method. You can measure chlorophyll a and b using spectrophotometer. AA

I want to extract chlorophyll from tofu because the color of edamame (vegetable soybean) tofu is green and there isn't much information about it. and I want to know too, how much tofu processing affecting total chlorophyll in tofu edamame (I expect it, it will be decreased from fresh vegetable soybean). By the way, my research is focusing on characterization of tofu from vegetable soybean (edamame)
