When a drug binds to sudlow site I will it always lead to conformational change or change in secondary structure of albumin or it can bind without any change in structure. If a drug binds to IB site will it  cause any protein structural change. Also does the warfarin displacement study is a confirm study of binding of a drug to sudlow site I. Can it be possible that binding of a drug to any other site can lead to non binding of warfarin to suldow site I.?
