I am going to do blue-led light setup for photochemical reaction....what kind of light source should I use...? some scientist using blue lead bulb, some are making manually using ordinary small bulb line..if they don't have a photoreactor.

One of the most important parameter is wavelength emission. You can choose ordinary small bulb line, that works even if the intensity of the light is not as important as a professionnal equipment if you respect the matching between emission of your light source and absorption of your photocatalyst.
Before buying your light source, check the absorption of your photocatalyst (I presume you're going to perform a photoredox catalysis reaction). The emission of your light must match the absorption of this latter. In my opinion, I'm happy when the maximum of emission is in the tail of the absorption of my photocatalyst.
Many manufactures don't indicate the emission spectrum. You will certainly have to check the LED code to verify by yourself aside. Nevertheless, I could advise you to check ThorLabs where they show their emission spectra:

It is less expensive than Kessil... But more than a common market. But you won't lose money and time using every "blue-leds" you could find.
If it is the first time you perform this kind of photochemical reaction, don't forget to have a look on Beer-Lambert law and using a totally dry and degazed solvent (I suggest you to freeze pump 3 or 4 times your solvent before using it).
