I have worked with yttirum titanate, Y2Ti2O7, an oxide phase which is usually used to disperse in steel to strengthen its physical properties. Now I am searching for other phases such as Y2TiO5, Al2O3, etc. which can also be apply in ODS steel. Does anyone know about these phases? Could you give me your advice? Best regards
