I am beginner in using of R package. And I have series of floristic lists from different localities. I want to compare these localities on basis of floristical composition only. How it may be done?

Anatoliy - You might be interested in probability record linkage software. I think there may even be some available free on the Internet. It should help find the common records between lists, though it likely only compares two lists at a time. I don't know if this will help you or not , but thought I would mention it, in case it does. - Jim

По индексу Жаккара подойдет, конечно. Но как именно это сделать, используя пакеты "R" - пока не разобрался.
Это элементарно делается в MS Excell любой версии. Сколько у Вас флористических списков?
20 списков, в которых, правда, разное (от 16 до 85) число видов.
20 - несколько сложнее, но умеючи вполне возможно обсчитать. Прикрепляю наскоро сделанный образец обсчёта для трёх списков на 9 видов. Попробуйте, составить на 20 списков - должно получиться. Если не получится, не тратьте время, просто договоритесь с каким-нибудь математиком, который Вам всё обсчитает, включите его соавтором в статью - у нас так делают.
