I have to quantify the nitrates amount in vegetables and I would like to validate my data with a reference material for nitrate content in vegetables. But I cannot find a supplier. Can anybody suggest me where/how to find it?

Thank you both for your kind answers, but wat I need is a standard reference material, with known concentration of NO3 for the quantification of nitrates in edible vegetables. I have searched in the scientific literature and in the web, but I found neither references in the papers nor SRM providers in the web. I am thinking there is not a standard reference material for nitrates (even if there are several for pesticides, i.e.) but maybe it is just I cannot find it.
I had a lot of information about nitrate content in vegetables in BG.
