Does anyone know what types of cells could be used for MDSCs differentiation in vitro?

Little confused about MDSCs differentiation and expansion. Could we use immatured myeloid cells sorting from human PBMCs to induce MDSCs differentiation? or it is necessary to use hematopietic progenitor cells?
