Hello, I have a mixed-design study and, as I have hypotheses, I would like to compute planned contrast in SPSS (or in Jamovi if this option exist). I have 2 between-subject factor (each with 2 levels) and 1 within-subject factor (with 2 levels too).
I'm looking for planned contrast, particularly for the interactions effects (between-subject1*between-subject2; between-subject1*within-subject; between-subject2*within-subject; between-subject1*between-subject2*within-subject) and I would like to understand how I can do this on the syntax editor of SPSS, that is apparently the only way to do this on SPSS.

You need to write some syntax to solve interactions.

I think you may need to opt for multiple linear regression, for it is, unlike ANOVA, equipped with a technique that can flexibly build codes that represent interactions of interest to the researcher. The assigned codes to the independent variable(s) of interest may be used as predictors in the regression model to examine their main effects (unique contribution) on a particular dependent variable.

Thank you for all of your answers. Finally, I used post-hoc test for this study, but I hope to use contrasts analysis next time (and I think that your answers will be very helpful).
