Does anyone know the physical dimensions and material of flattening filter used in Elekta Versa HD linac?

I guess most of the flattening filters for clinical photon beams are made of high Z materials and are usually conical in shape to flatten the forward peaked bremsstrahlung spectra of therapeutic x-ray beams. I am looking for the material and physical dimensions of the flattening filter that Elekta Versa HD linac or any of the latest clinical linacs uses.
