Does anyone know that how to break Y axis in Matlab similar to R so that some section of the plot will disappear to improve overall visualization of the plot?

did you try a logarithmic scale? or a second y-axis? alternativly i found this:

Broken axes do not "improve (overall visualization of)" the plot. They distort the data. Bad style. If changes happen on different magnitudes, one might consider the "magnitude changes" rather than the absolute changes - and this is achieved by showing the logarithms, as Christoph already noted (However, the other ideas shown in the his link look weired to me).
Apart from this using barcharts with transformed (log) axes or for data that is not representing an absolute amount of something is also a very bad habit all too frequently seen in literature. I suggest avoiding barcharts where ever possible. There are plenty other and far better alternatives (1D scatterplots, beeswarm plots, catepillar plots, dot plots, box plots, violin plots) and they are as simple to create as barcharts (at least in R).
