Dear Eduardo, it is always difficult to have a good reproducibility for the the reference electrode in non-aqueous media. I have used for a long time a Ag/Ag+ electrode, usually the inner electrolyte is a 0.1M AgNO3 dissolved in the solvent which you are doing your experiments, than you just keep it in the dark to prevent the formation of Ag from Ag+. To check if it is still working properly you can every week just perform a cyclic voltammetry with ferrocene, since the ferrocene is considered a internal reference your system will always be calibrated.
