We are doing some analyses of steroids in mice under CR.
The mice are 8 months old when we take the samples. The levels of steroids are much lower than in mice aged 8 weeks. But this is also true of the ad lib fed groups. So does anyone know of any published or unpublished values for steroid levels in mouse plasma for mice aged around 8 months??

Eight-month-old mice are not really 'aged ...' in any case, two studies in rats covering that time period that may be useful are PMIDs 3183303 (T) and 8670563 (E). On corticosteroids see https://doi.org/10.1177%2F109158189801700203 , PMIDs 8057691 15746164 890278
You might look a the work on ovarian aging in mice that was done mostly in the 80s and early nineties by the group Caleb Finch and Jim Nelson we’re in. They looked primarily at patterns of depletion of ovarian reserve. Also check work by Phyllis Wise on neuroendocrine aging in mice generally, as well as newer publications by Kevin Flurkey et Al. on heterochronic ovarian transplants. Also there is a lot being done by neurobiologists on the role of estrogen in protecting brain and heart as mice age. This ought to eventually get you to someone who has steroid levels...
Frank Bronson (formerly UT Austin) published a number of studies on the reproductive endocrinology of house mice in the 70s and 80s. BJ Merry is another name that comes to mind.
