I like to fabricate new sequence of peptide using 20 amino acids for particular application. For that some universities may provide the software/freeware to prepare required peptide sequence. If any one working in solid phase peptide synthesis, kindly let me know.

Hi, could you give some more details please, what is your starting origin, is it a nucleotide sequence or what?? it's not clear what do you want to do? if there is the case : your origin, a nucleotide sequence you can find many softwares that you may use to get your goal, just you have to do a blasting with BLAST, before that you have to enter your sequence or your sequence ID in the required fillbox, and choose the option ptBlast or other option that let you have a peptide squence (it's mentionned in the site which option that gives you your desired results), hope that helps you.
