We have nanocomposite solution, but once dried it becomes film, but it is very difficult to make powder. Can I use the film directly for XRD or XRF analysis to determine the concentration of nanoparticle.

In contrast to XRD there is no necessity for a powder sample when performing XRF/EDX.
However for XRF/EDX of a thin film it is advised
a) to operate at very grazing x-ray incidence in order to increase the net fluorescence signal at the detector and
b) be sure that the elements you are searching for are not part of your sample holder/substrate.
Please note that XRF/EDX will give you overall elemental concentration and not concentration of nanoparticles.
