Hello everyone,

I am trying to find out if any research has already been done on the study of pro-angiogenic factor expression by cancer cells in 3D cell culture. In interested specifically in under what conditions cancer cells would express more or less of these factors (matrix type, neighboring cell type, spatial proximity to neighboring blood vessel). Right now I have looking into VEGF-A expression, but any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
