I did'nt find another non rabbit. And depend of the tissue, is complicate to obtain positive results in IHC. I proved differents antibodies.

Sorry about that, I misread the specs. Your other option would be to try an antibody that hasn't been rated by its supplier as working in IF, and hope for the best (usually it hasn't been tested, rather than shown not to work), Biolegend has a mouse monoclonal that appears to works in WB: http://www.biolegend.com/purified-anti-caspase-3-antibody-1993.html, Since I presume you are working on frozen tissues (ie. less demanding than FFPE), you might have a chance.
