The other NR2B subunit antibody from RandD Systems, shows IHC image of brain,

Abcam and SantaCruz Biotechnologies also have the antibodies against NR2B

I used the #610416 NR2 antibody from BD biosciences to stain DIV14 cultured hippocampal neurons, but it did NOT work for me. Do you have experience using this antibody in immunocytchemistry?

I use 4 % PFA fixation and AB-dilution of 1:100
