Does anyone know of a healthy or transformed cell line without GPER / GPR30 expression?

Hi everybody,

I´m looking for a cell line to employ as control healthy to analyze the possible activity of new ligands towards GPER and show that ligands are not toxic, so, we need a cell line without expression of GPER detected by WB without to conduct Si RNA assays.

According to the literature MDA-MB231 is a GPER-negative cell line
