Eric, sorry yesterday I was busy and my answer was truncated. I have used this antibody MAB3317 Anti-MMP-14, a.a. 319-333, clone 113-5B7, 100µg, without recovering of ag. I use in embryonic phase at 1:500 but in adult you can use 1:1000. Anyway you must to be a dilution test. When you use, let me know if you succeeded.please, good luck!
