Does anyone know of a bioinformatic tool to design a new interaction pathway of genetic expression?

For example about SENP1 gene. How much do you know it?

I need information about genetic mechanism of SENP1 gene, maybe anyone know about how to relate between molecular interaction pathways as are receptor androgen and HIF-1alpha? If anyone know any bioinformatic tool to design such pathway as an "interactome", please contact me. Thank you.

You can also use Ingenuity Pathway analyses. It is an interactive data base that contains all information on pathways related to every gene that has been published. It gives functional pathways as well as disease related pathways.
