I need to do an ELISA to check for toxin levels in supernatants so I need two different antibodies against the CTD subunit A; one to coat the plate and one that can be tagged with HRP.
I have found a company that makes an IgY against it, but I need another one that binds to a different part of the protein.
Here's are three. They are expensive, at least from this vendor.

Thank you for responding, Adam. Unfortunately, those are just against Toxin A. I need something against subunit A of the CTD binary toxin.
Hillary, as your antibody is polyclonal, you could give it a try and use the labeled variety for detection. As long as the toxin has more than one immunogenic site, it should work (at least if it is not an antibody against a peptide from the antigen, consult the data sheet or ask the manufacturer).

Otherwise, you could set up a competitive ELISA with labeled antigen: Coat with the antibody and probe with a mix of sample and competitor.
Suitable labels are e.g. DIG (detect with anti-DIG-HRP) or biotin (detect with streptavidin-HRP).
For the homemade labeling you need access to rather pure toxin antigen, of course.
