Glucocerebrosidase (GCase) is a lysosomal enzyme (EC 3.2.1.45) encoded by GBA gene and responsible for the hydrolysis of  glucosylceramides, an intermediate in glycolipid metabolism. The resulting products are glucose and ceramide molecules.

I can't find any report about the inhibition of its enzymatic activity by iits products (i.e. by ceramides). Do you know more?
