Does anyone know if a single cell culture of RPMI 8226 or U266B1 cell lines can be done?

I am trying to achieve a knock-out cells of these multiple myeloma cell lines. Then I want to realize a single cell culture of KO cells to obtain cell clones. Does anyone know if it is possible and what is the strategy to follow?
