Does anyone know how to export bibliographic data from Microsoft Office?

I’ve recently migrated from Windows to Mac. However, I still plan on keeping Microsoft Word. I’ve already have a quite comprehensive bibliographic databank that I use to automatically generate works cited lists. Does anyone know how to export that onto the Mac pc?
