What exactly did you mean under "nervous tissue"? Neuronal? Glial? Nerve sheaths?

Oll of these cell types has their own IHC markers. Talking about endocrine cells, the main IHC markers are chromogranin and synapthophysin. Chromogranin is unique for endocrine cells. Synapthophysin also could be detected in some kinds of neural cells so it is less specific from the point of your question.

You have to differentiate between the central and peripheral nervous system, and also between the autonomic nervous system and enteric system.As for endocrine system you must refer to the endocrine glands and solitary endocrine cells that populate the airway epithelia and the gastrointestinal tract.There are a wide panel of immunohistochemical antibodies now and specific neuronal and endocrine markers of good choice..
