I would need to prepare a 0.2% chitosan solution (pH 6.5) but I do not manage to let it be dissolved. I have subjected it to autoclave treatment and used acetic acid (to help dissolving it and to adjust the pH), but those did not work.
Does anyone have experience with it?
Chitosan usually dissolves in aqueous solutions of acetic acid (2.5% is good). If that doesn't happen, then probably your chitosan is not de-acetylated enough.

I have the same problem. I also need to prepare a 0.2% chitosan solution(pH 6.3). I dissolve 0.6g of chitosan in 300mL of DL water, sterilize, then I used acetic acid and 5M NaCl to adjust pH and dissolve it. I stirred it about 2 hours. But it does not work.

I always use 0.05 Molar acetic acid solution to dissolve Chitosan and it works best because the amount of organic solvent is highly negligible.
Hamada H. El-awady , It can be kept in the fridge (8 degrees) away from light by sealing it tightly. Prior to use, you need to give it a good stir on the stirrer. However, the longest duration of storage was up to a week, in my case.
