If I'm using buffer at 0.5X TAE, what is the procedure?
Agarose electrophoresis?, I use it at least for 5 runs, works well but I have to added few ml than are losing by evaporation
For DGGE electrophoresis. How about buffer at 0.5x TAE?
The recommendation is use it only once, but i know than in a near laboratory it is used for twice with buffer at 1x TAE without problems
