Does anyone know how I can output the varinace covarinace information in PRIDE PPPAR software?

I used PRIDE PPPAR software in linux 18.04 environment. I processed all the data in two epochs and obtained the velocity filed in my network.

If someone works with this software, he should know that PRIDE PPPAR does not normally output the variance covariance information and we should change the Fortran codes to output these variance covariance matrices.

Can anybody help me?
