I don't find any option in the post-processing results to plot the residual velocity of the projectile and also the Resultant force after the impact.
I modeled an impact between a shell plate(Plastic-Kinematic material) and a rigid projectile. I defined three types of models to see if I can see the RCFORC not equal to zero, but it didn't work.
first, I defined Contact_automatic_surface_to_surface between the plate and projectile;
second, I defined Constrained_Tied_Nodes_Failure for the plate and Contact_Nodes_to_surface between the plate and projectile;
and finally, I used Contact_Entity to model the projectile which I was supposed to have the resultant force in ASCII_GCEOUT.
I would appreciate it if anyone can help me.

to obtain the contact force you need to define the time interval in RCFORC from the ASCII option in the Database keyword.
To obtain the velocity you may simply go to the post>history>element and you can select the velocity.
