Hi,

I would search literature that treats the desired dataset and has uploaded the files to GEO.

You need to install the sra-toolkit, if you did not do that already : https://trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/sra/sra.cgi?view=software

Then copy the SRA number from the GEO page of the article, e.g. SRR04048

and try : fastq-dump SRR04048 (in the linux bash for example)

You should get the fastq file from the SRR04048 archive, but it may take some time.
