Does anyone know any stain kit for labeling the nucleus in an immunocytochemical analysis? Something like NucRed Live 647, but close to 594nm peak excitation. No UV please, we do not have UV in our confocal.
Here is a list of immunofluorescent nuclear stains that work with a range of wavelengths. Especially the yellow Hoescht, which you can use in photoconversion of DAB to obtain an electron-dense precipitate if you want to use immunohistochemistry instead.
