Does anyone know any similar study of mine?

In analyzing the results of an experimental study, before the intervention, the mean score of the main variable between the intervention and control groups was significant. Using ANCOVA, by excluding the effect of the intervention, I realize the effectiveness of the intervention. Does anyone know any similar study of mine?
