I could not see any examples in COMSOL's model library that is throughly using "Laser Heating Module", which uses Heat Transfer + Wave Envelope Methods...
there is one or two examples on laser heating in comsol. one is the laser skin interaction in heat transfer module (bioheat equation).

You can find an example of "laser heating wafer" in application libraries of COMSOL.
Yes there is an example there, however it is just using heat transfer module and laser is introduced as an heat function. Laser heating module is something different. It uses heat transfer + wave optics. You can see this by starting anew COMSOL model and including "Laser Heating" under Heat Transfer/Electromagnetic Heating.
