I'm working on marine catfish physiology, so would to know more about the genetic primers have been used in catfish particularly marine catfish.
Dear Salman,
please let me know about the study objectives precisely so as to suggest the primers,
GD
Dear Gulba
Thank you because of your attention, Im working on physiology of osmoregulation in mentioned species.
Salman
Dear Salman
first of all you should determine which gene you are going to study
The primers are designed mainly based on the sequences available at NCBI
you can search in NCBI and you will see the sequence of gens available on Catfish
Also you can look in the papers to see the primers that have been already used
Good luck with you research my dear friend
Good, please mention the Scientific name of the species
It will good, if you could suggest what are you interested in catfish physiology so that we can suggest some relevant information.
Cheers,
I am working on physiology of fish particularly osmoregulaiton in various salinity and looking for " Plotosus papuensis Weber, 1910 Papuan eel-catfish". It's belong to marine catfish family...
