I am working on physiology of fish particularly osmoregulaiton in various salinity and looking for " Plotosus papuensis Weber, 1910 Papuan eel-catfish". It's belong to marine catfish family however can be found in brakish water and freshwater as well.
If anybody can help me I really appreciate that.

I've just searched it in catalog of fishes in order to see it's distribution and if i could help but unfortunately i would not. Also, it seems that the main habitat is freshwater.

Are you looking for live fish, whole dead specimens (or specific tissues)?
In either case you could lodge a request on Otlet (its free to use) and see if any of the 100s of scientists on there can help - Otlet provides an online database where scientists can submit a record of their shareable research samples, search ones available from other teams, and request them from colleagues around the world.

I had a look on the database and their is currently no Plotosus papuensis samples on there but by lodging a request it will notify researchers that you are looking and we will also post on social media to increase the changes of finding what you are after.

Well the priority is live however fixed species in Ethanol or formalin is also might be fine for the beginning.
