Thanks to all of you. I have written up a paper and it was sent to a journal by my co-author in Romania. We had 4 names on the paper.
And then, we proceeded to do another research on motivation and SDL practices of students. The achievement of Malaysian students seem to be correlated to the components of motivation and SDL practice, but among Romanian students, we did not get many correlations. We are both stumped, but we must proceed. What do you think is the best way to proceed, to write 1 very difficult paper, or to write 2 simpler papers?

I think that I can not make such distinction of very difficult paper and simple paper. Writing a research paper may be a joyful, but it is always a difficult task. Long way to the end when paper is being published.

Thanks dear Ljubomir. It's ok. Ana sent the paper to a UK journal based in Hong Kong with some impact factor. And we are still waiting, and willing to wait, while using the time to write the second SDL paper.
