What is your advice?  Can I cite papers that were published in predator journals? There are 2 papers that are very relevant in my topic, but these papers were published in predator journals.  When I checked, I found that the refs in the text did not always match the ref list. There were a few minor grammar errors. Both were from funded research.

If I cited the 2 that were published in predator journals as minimally as possible, will my paper be reviewed just as fairly?

PLEASE SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE, IF YOU HAVE PUBLISHED IN PREDATOR JOURNALS.  DO SUCH JOURNALS IMPROVE THEIR PRACTICE IN TIME?
