Does anyone know a good human TLR4 antibody for dimerization/endocytosis?

Dear community, I'm interested in measure dimerization TLR4 status and/or internalization defects. Mostly I find to good mouse monoclonal antibodies to do this. But I'm interested in using human cells, THP1 macrophages or primary macrophages. Does anyone has a good suggestion/supplier?
