Sounds like a job for the SCME, an extension of the SCM (spatial channel model). It is a geometry-based stochastic channel model and allows to add arbitrary antenna arrays. Searching for it will likely reveal [*] and [**] which might be a place to start (WINNER II is a further extension of the SCME).

It is interesting to discuss with you here. I think there is no direct relationship between the type of antenna and the GSCM. GSCM gives you the exact parameters of MPCs and then you can multiply them with any antenna responses.
